About Us

At Dive in Swimming Academy, our team of qualified instructors are handpicked for not just their exceptional Learn to Swim qualifications and skills, but also for their commitment and dedication to developing water safety and drowning prevention for young children.

Our team has a wonderful diversity of qualities so that we can meet the individual needs of our swimmers, matching the right instructor to the correct class and creating a positive and productive environment for children to thrive in the water.

We communicate with parents to achieve a desired goal always with the child’s best interest in mind. Our team recognise that sometimes a child may need to change teachers. At Dive In Parents and Carers can feel comfortable approaching us to discuss needs and our team will do our best to support the family. We encourage families who have specific routines or ways of managing behaviour issue to share with us so we can together continue the consistency for the child.

We approach our youngest swimmers with care and great understanding for their current stage of mental and emotional development. Our nurturing ideas, skills and recommendations help parents to be involved in the separating process , making it less stressful for everyone.

Our teams meets regularly to discuss needs of students, ensuring the best individual lesson plans are in place for swim correction, behaviour, safety and learning

What Our Clients Say

Highly Recommended

Our Daughter has been attending Dive In Swimming Academy for over 2 years, beginning in the baby class and moving up to the next level. Our Daughter's confidence and love for the water is due to the care, support and genuine interest of the teachers here at Dive In, We cannot fault the skills they have taught our daughter and so much so we have put our son into the baby classes so he can enjoy and learn about the water like his big sister. I recommend Dive In to anyone who would like their children to learn valuable skills in the water and in a safe environment.

Teacher Worked Wonders

When our 3 year old son started at Dive In he was terrified of the water. We couldn't see him ever loving swimming. But the teacher worked wonders with him. Through her experience and care she guided him at his own pace and gave him the confidence he needed to overcome his fears. Now the professional coaching team at Dive In continue to give our son the tools he needs to improve his skills in the water. It's great to see him smile during lessons

Most important life skills that we need to learn

I believe that swimming is one of the most important life skills that we need to learn. Not only because it’s enjoyable, but also because it can save our lives. A few months ago we were on holidays and out daughters had gone on a walk with their aunty (who was nursing her baby). Without warning, Ariana got too close to the pool, slipped and fell in fully clothed. Whilst her aunty panicked, Ariana went through the motions of everything that she had been taught in your classes. She swam to the edge of the pool , held on and then lifted herself out. Considering that my mother has never learnt to swim and still fears the water, I am extremely thankful that my four year old has learnt and can get herself out of trouble.

Staff are always friendly

Our family have now been going to Dive In Swimming Academy for about 3 years, the staff are always friendly when you walk in and they know who you are which is a nice feeling. My girls love their swimming teachers and often mimic them in our own pool. My girls have progressed through the classes and what they have learnt in class has made a difference in their school swimming carnivals. The centre is always clean and I have no doubt we will be there for many years ahead.
