Our team has a wonderful diversity of qualities so that we can meet the individual needs of our swimmers, matching the right instructor to the correct class and creating a positive and productive environment for children to thrive in the water.
We communicate with parents to achieve a desired goal always with the child’s best interest in mind. Our team recognise that sometimes a child may need to change teachers. At Dive In Parents and Carers can feel comfortable approaching us to discuss needs and our team will do our best to support the family. We encourage families who have specific routines or ways of managing behaviour issue to share with us so we can together continue the consistency for the child.
We approach our youngest swimmers with care and great understanding for their current stage of mental and emotional development. Our nurturing ideas, skills and recommendations help parents to be involved in the separating process , making it less stressful for everyone.
Our teams meets regularly to discuss needs of students, ensuring the best individual lesson plans are in place for swim correction, behaviour, safety and learning
